Friends can u please suggest me some forums/websites regarding hacking, dos and viruses

When i am opening a website my pc was turned into blue screen and it is showing an error "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR" . it is something a Ram problem or HDD problem. Also i am using winxp so where to scan my HDD from dos. I don't have a DOS. :confused: Please help
