d101

i'd like 2 add 1 or 2gigz ram for my d101. but i aint pretty sure of d type(amean ddr or ddr2), suitable memory speed, latency etc. pls enlighten me of these details along wid d prices of branded 1gb n 2gb ram chips, thnx n regds. PeaceouT ~PunK~

this genrally happens when i am on net, my display becomes black though it is just for a sec, i am using cel-2.5, with d101 intel board, nvidia 6200 turbo cashe. please help
