My friend need Monitor for video compositing & color correction. IPS or PLS which one is better OS - Windows 7 Budget - 20K Size - any size will be acceptable above 20" but color quality is primary focus. Resolution - full HD or above

i recently installed devilspie in my new xubuntu box to remove titlebars from firefox and opera. but then opera was broken and wouldnt display properly. i found out that you'd have to enable compositing for devilspie to work. i was wondering if it could be done WITHOUT compositing...

hi guys, i'm planning to buy a machine ,basically for doing compositing work. i'm looking for the hardware (cpu/mobo/grfx card/hdd/ram) that will last for "atleast" 2-3 years. ****budget is 1 - 1.5 lacs i need ur help guys, pls suggest the best configs for me. regards
