how to get greater download speeds in steam/origin?

increase drive space
guys i have a winxp sp2 laptop... its c: is only 6gb which really bugs me.. i want mre space in this drive...i hve two other drives which has 50-60 gb empty each....can i re-adjust the space with any software or any othr way without formatting my pc..!- magneticme200

Keep A Constant Speed...
well guys, i have a 256KBps connection. Whn evr im downloadin nethin, the download starts from (~)256 KBps and ultimately drops to (~) 50-60 KBps. Nw is there ne way by which i can keep the speed constant??? i mean atlesat get speedz of more than 100 KBps??? :?:- aku
