hey guys... i need help buying a digital camera around 15-17k just scanned through the specs of nikon s9100 and sony hx9v. Numbers looked good. But don't know about the performance. pls suggest a gud camera for this price.. thank you.. :)

i have home 250 plan..(2 mbps) i connected my studio laptop to the modem through lan wire... in network sharing center it showed network speed 100mbps then i downloaded a file with 280kbps.. my doubt is does this cost more for me?does bsnl charge more for this?is it a dsl connection?
