Guys finally I am on the HOME 500 plan now..... I get speed like downloading 825 kbps and uploading 200 kbps...Is it ok???

I have a Intel P4(HCL beanstalk)...I purchased it in 2002:(. Its 2.0ghz with 1 GB DDR1 RAM....Which graphic card for me????Is there any option of having an external graphics card.?Guys give me suggestions along with the price tag...I can't spend more than 5000-7000....:(
