Sorry for replying late.Issue is resolved :lol: .The AM2 Socket retainer bracket ,on which the processor cooler is sits, was broken.Due to this the fitting was not tight enough. As a workaround I have put a metal hook and installed the cooler.Its working fine.

How can I verify that ?
