1. is there a way to automatically remove the trailing and leading gaps from a song in mp3 format....and doing it for multiple files at once.....
2..also is there a way to batch convert multiple mp3s from any higher bitrate to 128kbps..44100Hz.....

the white screen appeared while using the ipod.........i can only hear clicker working and also, itunes recognises it......resetting the firmware didnt help....
but i will try the solution u've suggested......

i meant that...the 'click' sound could be heard when using the clickwheel and even audio was played when the play/pause button was pressed....only nothing shows up on the screen
restoring with itunes didnt work.......what next....is there any other way...

my friend recently bought an ipod nano(3rd gen 4GB).....
the problem is: the device was playing a video which got stuck......upon resetting(toggle hold switch>menu+center button) it would work fine (this was happening frequently).......
but now the device works fine but the screen is...

all my songs are 128kbps MP3 encoded using windows media player 11.....the thing is...all those missing ones were available in itunes before........this thing happened only after i cleared the itunes library and added the songs again......(this was because i had to change the location of the...
some of my music files wont show up in itunes......
windows meda player and every other player i have...shows 1327 songs in my library but itunes shows only 726..........whenever i try to drag and drop the missing songs directly from explorer..into itunes..it says "audio format not...
still nothing happened........
downloaded Ad-Aware 2007......full sys scan.....found W32.Hacktool.Winspy > ad-aware's unable to remove the infection nor quarantine..........what next?

im using a windows xp pc with avg free a/v, and zonelarm free firewall, and all windows updates installed as of now
my problem is......whenever i insert my flashdrive into my pc....2 files get created.....:
autorun.inf with the following code
[Autorun]
open=MicrosoftPowerPoint.exe...
so what should i do now........am i about to lose my hard disk.?.......is there a diagnostic tool available to check such flaws.......??.....please help....im worried........
