Well you are the first and only one. There is a javascript problem in the script of the same. I still repeat, you might be able to open the main page in Firefox but after that the links to the `Service Records' etc. will not work :twisted:

No you cannot use the old code. These codes contains details about your site's url's (the same are used to identify that the click-thrus are coming from a specific site). You have to apply for a fresh piece of code

Try to locate someone from the same exchange you are in and who has a `BSNL' account and see if you can login from his/her place. If the problem persists, then it has to be at BSNL's end. What's worse is that you cannot use any other account to login.. you have to login to that IP via BSNL...

As far as I can think, a malware has been installed into your system, using the `pop-under' method. Firefox is very good in stopping pop-ups, but it just cannot stop every popup. If you had `spywareblaster' (freeware) in your system along with `spybot search & destroy') they might have blocked...

I have tried quite a number of these programs, but `TZ Copy Protection' is the best.. clone, alcohol, beats them all. The also have an .exe protection program, `TZ Exe Protection' Apart from that they have their own forums too where you can discuss your problems. Best of all, it is Freeware...
