That's the cause of the problem because after reinstallation, I installed NOD32 AV again and same problem occured! Dnt know whats wrong with ESET that they r releasing such a Beta version which crashed XP but works fine with Win 7

Had to format and reinstall XP... The problem was caused by NOD32's latest Beta version :( :(

Driver cleaner is for cleaning specific ATI,Nvidia etc. drivers I guess m going to format my pc
