My friend has NOKIA XM 5130, its really very good mobile in this range... only thing is, that its earphones aren't of good quality. But, since it has 3.5mm jack, you can get anyother earphones easily.

NOkia 5800 is not yet launched in india. It is speculated to launch in january with a price of 19k-24k . It is the best phone in this range if u can can compromise on camera.

Nokia 5220 is a good phone which will satisfy all ur needs. But, i think it suffers with RESTART PROBLEMS (my friend is using it for past 1 month). Nokia 6233 or SE k550i/K530i will be much better option.
