well as for budget i will try if its for the better, @cilus how can 6950 be unlocked to 6970 ? MSI Z68MA-ED55(B3) @ 10500 seems to be available and i guess Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 is not available..well what is difference between the two..
