i think that's a new board launched with sb710 southbridge.you can get this as its nicely priced also and also atx form factor.

those psu's are not reliable.and for the cabinet go for nzxt gamma.

elite 430 would be good for you.:)

ps/2 to usb adapters are available.you can use them to connect your mouse or keyboard to the computer.but i suggest you to get a little better processor than ii x3 440.you can just buy ii x4 635 with a hd 5770(or gts 450) would be balanced system than a x3 440 and 6850/gtx 460.

for around 6k a coolermaster elite 430 and a corsair vx450 will do cost you around 6200 for both.i never had an experience with i ball cabinets.you can also take a look at them,if there is any sturdy built from iball and can compete with elite 430 for it's price then you can take a look at those...

go for gigabyte 880ga-ud3h.it's a very nice board with usb3/sata III as compared to the 880g-ud2h.check newegg for the board's review.and this board is also not very easily available as compared to 880gm-ud2h.

do not go for msi boards as they are not good,have 1 year warranty.just get some bent sata cables and they'll do the job for you.:)
