i did netstat in cmd, saw a number of a port near Listening Port and i used it in Azureus but nothing happens and the test still says it is closed. what does it mean ? what to do ?

what means: open port. closed port. listening port. established port (i saw that while doing netstat command in cmd). tcp and the other one(udf or something like that i think) port. ?

i used Nmap and i found an open port but the test i did with azureus said it is closed. is it open or closed ?

i prefer not to mess with my router (my brother wont let me, and i cant make him open ports for me).
