The 4k monitor seems to be on a higher side. I think I'll just buy a 1080p monitor right now. With that budget saved, of almost 20k, can you suggest a better GPU for it that can run a 4k display that I already own.

I bought the i3 configuration as posted in the first reply. The processor is quite cheap 7k and the mobo is 4k only. Peru much the whole package in 31k.
