I have an 320 gb sata hdd. I wanna have an external casing for it. Can you guys suggest an avg price/good looking 3.5" HDD SATA\IDE casing. I dont wanna go for costly ones, as i am gonna spent from my pocket ;) Please help me out in selecting a good casing :)

Thanks in advance.

transcend is quite good, if you are looking for budget cases.
Are you looking for advanced features like backup buttons, multi hdd RAID, eSATA, Firewire 800, etc ? Because these features can't come in your budget.
I heard that transcend is available in grey markets for around Rs. 0.6k.

transcend drives *were* available in the grey market for 0.6k, but I am not sure now. I stay in bangalore, and I think me sending it to you would end up being costlier than buying one by paying a little extra.

As you only want basic features, you needn't be after transcend also. Just look for a case that looks like it can withstand some stress(by keeping another two harddiscs/optical drives on it), is(preferably) scratch proof and good looking.

And you need to ensure that your HDD fits snugly in it and is well cushioned.
