Is BIOS update required

I purchased an Asrock B450 Pro 4 board in around Sep 2019. Paired it with a Ryzen 3200G and it is working fine till now. Recently the booting process increased to around 20 seconds. Initially I thought some motherboard problem but later identified to be a drained CMOS battery. While searching the Asrock website I found that there are around 6 BIOS updates released after Sep 2019.

So the question is ... Is it necessary to update the bios to the latest one?

As none of the updates can be rolled back. Each update speaks about a processor family and says not to update, if using such processor family. I have no update which family does my Ryzen 3200G belongs to.

Ryzen 3200G belongs to Zen 2 Era processor, so if it says, to not update for Zen 2, then do not.
I would say, if there is no specific requirement for you like some bug or issue you are facing, dont update.

updating to newer bioses come with the risk that an update may remove support for your existing cpu,to add support for a newer generation of processors.

so dont update unless you are absolutely sure of what you are doing.

bios update is not going to solve CMOS battery drain issue as the issue is a hardware issue.
