Now you won't believe this, they are saying I cancelled the refund, like WTF. Delivery company saying they recieved no mail from amazon about the refund; after taking the package.

Now new refund date would be on 12th now.

Oh, forgot to mention, the customer service also say they will issue an "advance refund" on 13th, if the delivery boy doesn't take the package or come this time, but I am sincerely doubting everything amazon says now.

Yes, absolutely. Though I just checked my device doesn't come with an inbuilt call recorder, I would download an call recorder app instead(suggestions please . Amazon probably has each and every recording of any of the calls I made though

Ofc not, even amazon didn't say I cancelled the refund (on the orders page), only customer service did.

some real bad shit is going on with amazon ie cloudtail ie infosys lately ... never seen amazon doing shits like these. Once got a graphic card with broken fan ( physical damage ) and the replacement went to well. Retuned a pair of cricket gloves last year which also went well. The shock I got when read about amazon delivery guy kicking and playing football with a monitor box. Such hate for the job they are doing !!!! On the other hand know a delivery guy who ordered original reebok sneakers from amazon and then initiated return and replace them with first copy. Friend of mine got a trouser instead of 2KG bournvita .. He went to his native place and as I know nearly 4 out of 5 delivery guys the product return went smoothly. height of stupidity going on with amazon lately. One more interesting thing sometime on last year I orderd 6 packs of masla jamun juice of which one came leaked and even though I reputedly told CC about one pack pack only he initiated refund for all 6 packs. It was a pantry order. He said he is not able to initiate refund for only one. For a damaged jar of mustard oil which amazon did not deliver stating damaged in transit and for the refund I had to for wait more than a month contacting CC multiple times. The returned the product on their own but made me wait over a month this year.

So amazon delivery / return / refund system is messed up right now.

I can understand the frustration. Order again from amazon but this time record a unboxing video since lots of fraud cases are coming nowadays even though seller is Cloudtail or Appario. But stick to amazon because only they have proper refund scheme which works.

So, then here we go again:

Though if ppl here tell me I am a fool to buy it; as it comes back on stock(with only 1 left) on the same day I received my refund; I would def. cancel it.

I also ordered Xbox Series X blue controller and few years back Xbox One controller. I have never received or heard of cable as part of the packaged contents. These are wireless controllers and come with 2xAA batteries in the box.\
