Please post the parts you are considering, maybe it has some scope for improvement.
RTX 2060S is not considered a good value in general, it is like 10% better than RTX 2060 which costs 25k, while 2060S costs like 32k at least. I have seen 2070S for as low as 40k, but 42k is the general low price. It is appreciably more powerful, so people considering 2060S just end up spending the extra money. Sometimes you can find RTX 2070 for 32k or so, that is a better deal than 2060S. After 3 years or so, even 2070S might not be good for 1440p gaming.
Both of them aren't great for 4K gaming, only RTX 2080Ti is. Surely you can play a 4K medium to get higher fps, but most gamers prefer 1440p 144Hz instead of 4K 60Hz & that would be my recommendation as well, unless you plan to use the 4K monitor for some colour accurate work as well, like professional photo editing or video editing. With 1440 144Hz, you can enjoy the benefit of 144Hz in competitive titles like CoD, BF, R6, etc.
For 1440p 144Hz, get Acer VG271U (27" IPS) or LG 32GK650F (32" VA panel), both goes on "sale" for 25k.
For 4K 60Hz, LG 27UK650 has been on sale for 30k.
Corsair TX650M at 7.5k is a great PSU for the price, go for it eyes closed, better Gold rated PSU than other competitors at that price.
