ssd prices increased this year by as much as 30-40% so avoid buying at these prices unless absolutely necessary. @SaiyanGoku will a 240gb ssd be enough for mentioned games & other software because in that case I think it is better to go with small size cheap dram-less ssd for now & wait for ssd prices to come down next year to buy a good ssd.

If you own a dedicated GPU:

CPU - AMD R5 3600 - 15.5k

If you don't have a GPU:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2400G - 10k

Mobo - Asrock B450 Pro4 - 7k*

RAM - 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz - 6k

GPU - Do you have one?

SSD - Kingston A400 240GB 2.5″ - 2.5k

HDD - WD/Seagate 1TB - 3k

PSU - Corsair TX650M - 7.4k

Cabinet - Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-Delta RGB - 5.7k

Monitor - You own one

Total - 47.1k/41.6k

For old games, that is more than enough but I have no idea about those softwares.

@ramakanta : Hi, you can try to buy corsair parts like PSU, cabinet and RAM from MD COMPUTERS, Sahid nagar, bhubaneswar. Don't buy cooler master or antec PSU cause the seller tries to sells those usually

Those aren't worth it, as said by Goku. The R5 2400G based rig I suggested is good. Its price can be reduced further by replacing PSU to Corsair CX550 (4.5k).

If you still want one, go with what bssunil suggested.

I suggested AsRock mobo because it is a great motherboard for a cheap price, if you can find one. You can go for Gigabyte B450 DSH3 for 6.5k or something, inferior board with inferior VRMs, but won't matter for R5 2400G.
