Nextra Issue

I don't know what is going on. I use amazon firestick and some apps stop suddenly as if no internet. I try to ping the network from pc and it does not show anything. Probably Nextra had disabled ping. I use my other network Airtel and it works just fine, no stopping in between. What could be the problem. Could it be nextra or my wifi ?

If you face any problems with the existing devices in your network then it must be a problem with your wifi or internet. Otherwise, it could be that the firestick could be faulty.

You are saying when you USE Airtel Network then there's no issue. Are you using Airtel 4G connection or BB ? - Plz. answer it.

You are facing issue with Nextra Broadband connection only so the issue must be with Nextra.

Couple of questions :

1. Nextra BB in your coming through FTTH modem or normal RJ45 Lan wire. One you can connect directly on back of the motherboard ?
2. If it's through RJ45 then connect it directly with pc and see if you can ping sites like google and connection works without hanging issue.
3. Make a portable wifi hotspot using a wifi adapter from pc and see whether all apps on fire tv stock works smoothly or not ?
