Want to upgrade my PC.

Currently my pc's is configured under above configuration.
MOB:-Intel Corporation DG41RQ(J2E1)
RAM:-4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
CPU:-Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz
Wolfdale 45nm Technology
GPU:-1024MB AMD Radeon HD 6670 (Sapphire)
HDD:-298GB SAMSUNG HD321HJ ATA Device (SATA)
298GB Western Digital WDC WD3200BPVT-22JJ5T0 ATA Device (SATA)
PSU:-Frontech 450W

Now i want to upgrade it into a modrate gaming PC .Please suggest . budget Rs.10000 (can go upto Rs.15000)

CPU+Mobo+Ram (G4560+ H110 + 8 GB ddr4 2400 MHz) alone would cost you around 15k considering those are in stock and at sane prices.
You need to increase budget to accommodate a new PSU, cabinet and GPU.

Also, fill the questionnaire because it becomes easier to give recommendations.

OP, you can't upgrade whole PC @ 10k-15k. Be specific on what component, you want to upgrade since the budget is low.

Thanks for your reply.If I want to go with my current Processor and what to change my MOB only and new pair's of DDR3/4 RAM sticks and good PSU , then what option are available in today's market.

You have no options. Your CPU may support DDR2 ram only. "Upgrading" to a mobo with ddr3/4 ram support won't make sense since your CPU may not work. LGA775 is obsolete and I don't think mobos which support it are under production anymore.

As for gaming, you would require PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and good enough CPU to prevent bottlenecking even if you decide to get a GTX 1050Ti (any other GPU under that is just under powered for 1080p at medium settings).
