Not able to boot into Windows 7

Hi all,
My Dell laptop came with a preinstalled Windows 7 home Basic. I tried upgrading to Windows 10 last week.. There was some issue with software compatibility and I could not even go back to the Windows 7.
Now, the laptop is starting in safe mode but I am not able to login as keyboard and TouchPad are not working.
The laptop is asking for installation CD for Windows repair.. I don't have the CD with me.
Error message after BSOD is 0xc000000f.
I don't have the Windows key sticker. Microsoft is asking for key before allowing download of iso file.
Anyone got any idea how to repair the PC?
If I give the PC to a service Centre.. They will use a pirated OS to reinstall... Will Iose my licensed OS then?

The best way is to boot via say HBCD and then recover your key with some key generating software and then go for a fresh install. Just my two cents. Wait for the seniors to comment.

All dell laptops with pre-installed win 7 came with SLIC 2.1 in their bios which means all it takes to activate any version of windows 7 on any dell laptop with SLIC 2.1 is a dell generic win 7 key(easily available for all versions, nothing illegal as it is meant to be used with dell laptops),dell certificate file(again, easily available) & a couple of commands in command prompt. One doesn't even need to enter any key during win 7 install.Of course using this method to activate win 7 ultimate on a laptop that came with home basic is morally wrong but that's another matter.

To get official win 7 iso from microsoft use this:
Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Too
check requirements, there is also a legacy version for .net framework 3.5.

P.S.the win 7 key on sticker on laptop was never used to activate win 7 installations. It was more of a compliance with regulations that this key was provided & it was mainly for cases where an avg user not familiar with SLIC could activate win 7 after a reinstall.
