Hello,
to all of you.
No reply from any respected member, anyways, my friend visited the service center they accepted the set and after checking the set they told its pba needs to be replaced, now after the pba replaced, there are some things that we want to clear:

1. Its IMEI number is same as previous one? Is it right? I mean to say Does the changing of pba don't change the IMEI number of the phone?

2. What PBA includes?

Hope to see reply soon.
Thank You.

After a quick search I found that the PBA is the motherboard, so it's definitely a hardware issue. Hope you guys are still under warranty because I've heard this is ~$200 to fix otherwise.
They replaced the computer board (PBA) in your device because it was not communicating with the cellular service (PCS).

PCS = Personal Communications Service
PBA = Printed Board Assembly
So, if, PBA is motherboard, then yes, you will get the new IMEI number
When i got my MotoE2 back from service cneter they told me my IMEI number is changed cause they had to replace the motherboard.

Hey,
Thanks for this reply.Actually, I contacted the Samsung official toll free number there I gave them the Job sheet number and ask about what has repaired? or replaced in the phone? they confirmed that PBA has changed and upon asking they told me that PBA is whole printed circuitry and changing PBA don't change the IMEI number because the service center or Samsung rewrites your phone's present IMEI number to the new PBA.This is little strange for me as I replaced the PBA of another phone some years ago, on that time the IMEI did change.So I am in strange situation.Please respected members, Comment on this.Thank You.

Usually, if you use any other service center rather than Samsung Official Service Center the warranty will not be valid. You may give a try. Hope Samsung will not find out the problem.
