Help buying Gaming PC in Bangalore

Broken In
I have 0 experience in Computer Hardware and cannot smell a scam even if it were close to my nose :-D
I finally have the money but I don't want to risk it, so I am asking here.
I've found this decent config here:
gaming pc

But does anyone know how reliable Golccha IT guys are? Or even better, has anyone ordered this particular item from them?

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Going with Pre-Built PC's is not at all good as they offer overpriced components so answer the below Questionnaire and go with an Assembled PC.Ok.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Exclusively for gaming. Games like Fallout4, GTA5, Assasin's Creed, Shadow of Mordor.. 720p would be enough for me.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 80k Rupees Maximum

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB-2TB. Mostly going to need an 120 GB SSD too.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Already have a monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Monitor, keyboard, Mouse

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Before December ends

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Never built a desktop

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Live in Bangalore. I am open to buying from anywhere as long as reliability and warranty is promised.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I already have a config in mind. Please comment:

Im not really enthusiastic about building the PC myself so I don't mind it being pre-built. In fact if the Golccha IT guys are trustworthy, I am ready to buy from them.

Just be wary of the weight of the coolers. That Hyper 212X could be too heavy for your Skylake CPU. Anyways, this problem has occurred to SOME people only. For every single complaint there will be 100 others who have faced no issue (or maybe they will face this issue after a year or two when it starts to bend slowwwwwwly)

So in that case, do you think its better to play it safe with 4th gen? Or take the risk?

Stick with 4th Gen.. You will save around Rs5000 by not going for a similarly performing Skylake build. The CPU build quiality is not the only issue. There are RAM issues and this and that. The next upgrade to Skylake (7th Gen) will be worth upgrading to. This new Skylake has too much issues.

Thanks. BTW I also heard about the skylake chips bending because of coolers. Any thoughts on that?

It was found with some specific brand coolers that didn't adhere to standard. Also it is better to buy Skylake CPU with Z170 mobo as all Non-k skylake CPU can be OCed using blck settings. You have no reason to skip skylake at this point.
