[Query] Ebay Purchase TPlink WD W8968 300

Friends, i purchased TPlink WD W8968 300 From Ebay and received the product in perfect condition , but i have some queries about bill

1) Item # mentioned in bill in bill is not valid , i think it is the item ID related with Ebay bill not showing my product serial No , will it b a issue during future warrenty

2) The Receipt they gave to me doesnt look like a Bill , it just mentioned Order Details , Can u guys confirm it

Does the invoice has a stamp? If possible post a snap of the invoice.

once when i bought tplink wdr3600 i got 4x copies of bills(mentioned copy 1-customer copy-etc...)

I sended a mail to Ebay & also the seller to send me a Cash VAT bill with my Product Name ,Serial No , Product ID .waiting for reply

it looks like the EBAY ORDER STATEMENT PRINTED ON THEIR LETTERPAD...woth their stamp but the bill is not created by them...
it should be created by them and have a valid serial no. of the product on it

Ebay was quick in replying, told me to send mail to sellers with Link given in email [alrdy sended] also mentioned if seller is unwilling , i can file a claim in 30 days and will get refund

Initiated the process with ebay , told me , will update you in 1-7 day tops , with update else they will arrange Courier for me and refund my cash


In mean time i went to TP-Link Service Center to give my old TD-8817 ADSL Modem , after checking the bill they Gave me New sealed product :O [I gave Non USB version for RMA- Since they dont have it, they gave me the one with USB Port [USB port can b used for Net connection only{gave usb cable to connect to PC/lap for net connection} , not storage]

i doubt ebay refunding your money...many say their CS is cr@p in their own forum/community on ebay.in
why not put the product with you itself? pray that it will not get any repair

hope you are using the new modem-router. i have read earlier too about the great service provided by tp-link.

I have the item , But currently using TPLINK TD-W8968 300 Mbps Wireless N USB ADSL2 + Modem Router TP Link 5dBi Antena version 3 and that TD8817 is currently unused

Just now received Digital copy of the bill

I searched his TIN number and CST number, its saying invalid
