Asus HD6990 will be sufficient for Corsair TX650M?

Hai,

I intend to buy Asus HD6990 from a friend where my PSU is TX650M.Will this PSU be sufficient for TX650M because the recommended watts are 731 watts or minimum watts are 681 watts when calculated via a PSU calculator.Please if it will be suffucient then I buy HD6990 frim my friend for 10k with another 8months remaining warranty.

No at all- it's dual gpu and itself takes 375W on peak.you need 750w psu atlest

Can TX650 provide at least 700watts because I have heard that seasonic PSU's provide than they show like if 650 is give they provide 750 watts it seems.I am very hopeful in this as TX650M has 2 8pin connectors also.

No.Tx 650m have 54 amp on 12+rail ~ 648w max output.Theoretically it can handle HD 6990 but it will be gonna close. Make sure you don't overclock your components

Mind you Pairing it with i3 is also a bad idea,it will bottleneck in new games.

i3 and 6990 is really not a good idea.
