Suggest CPU Cooler under Rs 1200

Hii please suggest me a good CPU cooler for my AMD Atlon II X4 635 processor. I am using s stock cooler for last 3 years.. But now it creates noise and temperature reaches to 43-45 degrees even if idle
I have Coolermaster K380 cabinet. Other specs are in the signature. PC used for downloading (Its continuesly on for 3-4 days sometimes), casual gaming at mid settings, Watching HD movies etc..

Kindly suggest under Rs 1200.
Mostly i will buy it online

Both are good at their budget, but TX3 EVO is definitely better than 101. the only problem is that it used 80 mm fans instead of 120 mm fans. But keeping OP's budget into considerations, 101 will be a good choice unless.
