Please suggest me good laptops at a range around 35-38K.
Requirements - intel core i3 (3rd gen), >=500 GB hard disk, 4 GB RAM, 1 GB graphics card, win 8 with a good battery life and sound.

Dell one is with U (low Power) i3 proccy.. So performance might be issue..

Which one will be better - intel 3rd gen core i3 or APU Quad Core A10? If I leave the intel portion, what will be the best buy in this range?

If intel is left eyes closed go for A10..
but A10 is slower in single threaded operations. Overall lies btwn 2nd gen i3 & 3rd gen i3 but has very good battery life

Vaio ones are good but you wont get this powerful config..

Avoid samsung generally poor hinges + poor cooling + slow A.S.S.

If we compare the 40k one with this model, which one will be better? I have used vaio of my friend for 1 month. I love vaio and that is the reason I am asking about vaio.

HP one has better GFX.
Overall multithreaded performance will be either same or in favor of HP one..
Also it(sony) has only 1 USB3

If it's not about any gaming or GFX intensive tasks then you can opt vaio I too fell in love with Vaio as far as looks are concerned...

What is the difference between HP Pavilion G6-2231TX Laptop and HP Pavilion G6-2232TX Laptop when processor and gfx are both same???

Ha ha HP always cheats customers...Both are same 2000 just for model number :D :D
