You need a Computer with multi CPU and above average graphics card because you are running lot of Graphics intensive works.

Here goes your config:

Phenom II X4 940 3GHz B.E. @ 9.2k
Biostar TA790GXBE A2+ @ 4.4k
Kingstone 2x2 GB DDR2 800 Mhz Ram @ 2k
Sapphire HD4850 512MB GDDR3 @ 6.5k or Palit 9800GT 1GB GDDR3 @ 6.7k
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB @ 2.9k
Powersafe 500W Silver PSU @ 1.8k or Powersafe 500W Gold @ 2.4k
Zebronics Bijli Cabinet @ 1.5K
BenQ G900WD 19" LCD Monitor @ 6.4k

This machine will be futureproof and has enough power to fulfill the requirement u specified.

Replace hdd to WD 500GB,
PSU = CX400W Corsair or Tagan TG500-U37 @ 3.2k - DONT COMPROMISE ON PSU AS BAD PSU CAN DAMAGE ALL OTHER PC PARTS
GFX = GTS250 512MB GDDR3 512MB @ 7.3k ---->>> Better for gfx intensive apps
Do u need a monitor?

thanks cilius for ur reply.is there big diff between ddr2 and ddr3 performance!
Not yet! For ur budget, DDR2 is best.

If you intend to buy a future proof PC, forget it.
Your new PC will become antique within 6 months, mark my words.
That way, Core i7 should be extremely slow by now and newer proccys should have replaced!

pls suggest good LCD monitor with accurate colour reproduction for 6-8K,

Dell E1909W/Samsung 2033SW.

Right now I would definitely go for AMD. If you can wait, then do so for core i5 and i3 to release from intel. That would spark off anoter price war and you would get everything cheaper.

That's not true. If you are concerned about overheating, for Rs. 2.5k, get a separate CPU cooler and be happy (Intel/AMD both will run cooler and yes, both have the same temperature concerns!).

You can confirm with anyone on this forum that for your needs and budget, AMD is going to suit you much more than Intel as of now.

AMD BE processors come with a custom heat sink! So no problem of over-heating! And the fact about over-heating is absolutely false!

Phenom II X4 940 3GHz B.E. @ 9.7k
Biostar TA790GXBE A2+ @ 4.4k
OR
AMD Phenom II X4 920 @ 9.2k
Biostar TA785GE 128M @ 4k (approx)

get board from gigabyte/asus, as you are planning for long usage.
also DDR3 is not bad option. check 785G boards from gigabyte/asus, their availability and price. if you buy AM3 board then you can go for DDR3 RAM, and also upgrade total RAM with better speed. As the price speculation going 785G boards are available in 7K range

DDR3 RAM, will become more and more affordable by time.
You can be future proof by choosing a proper mobo, which can give you good future upgrade options, not in proccy but in other hardwares

and go for good monitors(brand), Dell/Samsung are the best.
dell 20" is also equally priced to Samsung 2033SW, you can get 20" monitor from dell too.
color reproduction is just decent, these are not professional monitors, which will cost you hell alot. get standard resolution monitors than buying an HD monitor for your work.
