Gotta be kidding me.!In 10-15 mins, all he will learn is how to start a bike, balance bike, change gears, apply brakes and stuff.Actually riding a bike WITH confidence on a busy road can take days or more. For a car, make it months or so.You don't consider a guy who can accelerate and brake car a driver. He has to know the traffic rules, when exactly to apply brakes, when to accelerate, give proper signals, anticipate what other driver is gonna do and react accordingly, learn how to park in tight spots, drive uphill/downhill convincingly, steer the car in reverse without any help before he can be called a good driver. That's just my views though.I have been driving for 5 months or so and still consider myself a noob driver.

EDIT: BTW, Once you do learn how to drive a car/ride a bike [I prefer former :D], the feeling is terrific.! Total freedom to go anywhere you want, anytime you want and a great sense of independence, kinda like the time when you learnt riding a bicycle, only the feeling is much more intense this time.!:p

In my experience driving schools don't really teach you anything except steering a car, I had taken a 22-day driving school course[half an hour each day = 11 hours], but learnt a lot more in 4-5 hrs I spent driving with my bro than in those 11 hrs.Although joining a driving school makes acquiring license a far more simpler job.[No need to bribe officers and stuff.! ;)]
