Guys this is a worrying trend regarding samsung phones. Did anyone see this.

Yeah I saw this after buying my new Samsung phone. But its mostly for old phones.
My phone's manufacturing date is Aug '22 so nothing to worry about

5yrs is the battery storage life given. So, after 5yrs it will start to expand. But I think its quality control issues at Samsung.
They will come up with a reply on that just like they did with Note 7.

My ipod touch 2011 model had blown up battery after 5yrs.

Trend is for stored phones which are not in use, still shouldn't occur.

No need to worry IMO. Not like we have Note 7 like disaster.

What's the battery backup you are getting on this?

Bought Tinkle online "lifetime" subscription for ₹599 (Dussehra offer) to rekindle my childhood.
Apparently lifetime means 5 years for them. Maybe they would extend it automatically but not sure.

What's the battery backup you are getting on this?

Only just received it yesterday. But after full charge lost ~20% charge in last 12 hours. So I suppose good for maybe 2+ days.
This is with Heart Rate measurement every 10 min, WiFi on, GPS off, Sleep SpO2 monitoring, Installing some apps.
Charging is slow, but then again wireless charging isn't very efficient.
