Budget PC for 30K

Ryzen 3 released, others looking for sub 25k PCs ( like me ) should wait for it..
If budget is sub 25k, don't bother wait. Even the cheapest Ryzen build would cost around 35k, better stick with Intel.

Yes,you are missing the fact that current Ryzen chips don't have integrated graphics like Intel so one must have a graphics card to get any display output from current Ryzen based systems.

Those who were hoping for Ryzen 3 to beat Intel G4560 systems are going to be disappointed as it is just not worth it to spend extra on Ryzen 3 if aim is to make cheapest system which can handle day-to-day usage tasks smoothly.

Hi Folks,

Due to some personal events I was not able to get the PC for our office in Jul/Aug. Now the need is very high and have to get one before end of Jan. Can you please suggest a PC for around 35K for pure office use. I need all the components (no need for Win 10 license, since we already have one)

Can I replace the following components:

Instead of Corsair CX550:
1. CM MasterWatt Lite 450W - Rs 2550
2. Corsair VS450 - Rs 2550
3. Antec VP450P - 450 W - Rs 2950

Instead of Antec GX200:
1. CM Elite 310 - Rs 2300

Also for the monitor, can we go for anything little lesser?

Thanks for the advice

CX550W is overkill for such setup,get CX450.

Yes,you can replace with your chosen components but for psu don't go below vp450p though CX450 is much better for just ~400 more. For monitor, just visit any local shop & pick from established brands with good after sales support in your area.

Stick to CX450 (new model). Cooler Master and Corsair VS series PSUs are not recommended because of poor components.

rather than cx550,get the cx 450 which is significantly cheaper-it costs around Rs 3300 and is a lot better than the psus you have listed such as antec vp450p etc. Also to reduce your overall expenditure, you can buy a dell 20"monitor which should cost around Rs 6000.

And as far as case is concerned, the elite 310 is somewhat lacking as far as features are concerned-so you can get corsair spec 01 which currently retails for around Rs 2800.If you want something even cheaper then you can look at cases available from Circle/zebronics etc which aren't too bad either.

I don't know if those circle/zebronics cabinets have front USB 3.0 port or how bad is the airflow and build quality. Spec 01 is good enough. Elite 310 lacks front usb 3.0 port.
Screen size shouldn't matter for office use. But OP should get at least a 1080p VA or IPS panel monitor. I have an Acer V193HQ at my office desk and it is BAD to look at.

Checked Spec 01, that also cost 3k here in chennai. Anything lesser will be appreciated, of course without sacrifice in quality

For monitor, How is Samsung LS22F355FHW?

@op can sacrifice usb 3 port on cabinet as it is not really needed by getting Elite 310,it is still better than getting local brand cabinets from zebronics etc.
