Asus P8H67-V doesn't have PCIe 8x, it has PCIe 4x only. Check here, P8H67-V doesn't support NVIDIA SLI, it supports AMD Crossfire, because NVIDIA SLI requires at least PCIe 8x ! As stated on NVIDIA forums: sli with pcie x16 and x4 SLI on a 16x 4x motherboard
