Gonna buy Nokia N73 ME, Some queries.

basically i am considering n73me but it is nor having wi-fi..so n91 8gb came in my mind...so could it be bought..what are its accessories .what u people suggest??

can it be used in canada? n73 can be used around da glob ..right.

The N91 or N73 is not quadband.So it wont work in the uS.

one of my friend shifted to us recently to california and using his n73 there fine which he bot from here and my n73 manual shows that its quadband. Maybe nokia is kidding

I'm 99.99% sure every nseries phone is quadband so we can use them anywhere in the world. Though 3g may or may not work. (because of some dispute with qualcom nokia cant make triband 3g phone )

By the way n91 is too much outdated. Though it have excellent sound quality ,every other aspect of this phone sucks.

If you really need the wifi (i dont think most do) and dont care camera then you may consider n81.

these days most universities and colleges r wi-fi enabled...so n81 would be preferred over n73..but it requires 3k more....so if it si to be considered than which one..normal or 8 gb...which card is bundled with normal one.pLZ tell its pros and cons ..over n73

And 8 gig is usb 1.1 . So the transfer rate is very very slow. And you get stuck with limited capacity. Because if you buy 2gig version. Them you might someday able to upgrade to 16 gig or even 32gig.

No. Both N81 and N81 8gb have USB 2.0, but their speeds are still very slow, more like 1.1. In the N81 8gb, because of the fixed internal flash memory, you are restricted to 8gb memory and compulsorily need to use the provided data cable to transfer data, which as I said is painfully slow. In the N81, there is a memory card slot and you can expand the memory upto 32gb if required. Plus you also have the option to use memory card readers sold separately, which are much faster in transferring data than the data cable method. So that's why getting the standard N81 is better.

i like its cam, video quality..etc
N81 simple:
wi-fi, ...laks autofocous

currently wi-fi has no use 4 me..its 4 future ...may be i shall buy a laptop in future..which will definitely be having wi-fi...
i am waiting for long to buy N73ME ..so i am a bit more attracted towards it., also some ppl says N81 is slower than N73( in this thread it is said that to fill n81 2 gb card card-reader is needed.....

i am really confused which one to buy........

K510 is out of production dude.Its a 3 year old model. LOL. Nokia should stop producing 2.5-3k phones then. Look at the SE G502. It costs 4.7k and has every bloody thing on this planet.Even has HSDPA.
