XP Pro User Accounts Problem!!!!!!!

hi,

i am not able to select the "use the welocome sceen" option in USER ACCOUNTS , when i select change the way user log on or off i am getting A Messege " client service for netware has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching to resotre these feautres you must unistall client services from Netware"

please tell me vat i have to do , if i have to unistall ,how i will do it coz , i didnt find it in the ADD/Remove section,
i am using winxp Pro
Mods : Before posting this i search the forum , i didnt find it , if there is any threads there please guide me

Click Start > Run
Enter Services.msc
Look for the entry "Fast User Switching Compatibility".
Start this service and chage its startup type to "Automatic".
This service depends on "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)"
Start this service and chage its startup type to "Automatic".
