XP Media Center Error?

My Media Center doesn't show any picture or video, but I can see them in other applications and Media Player.
The Media Center is showing PINK bars when I play a video. Video is not visible but the sounds/audio are coming.
What should I do fix this?

try this in the windows media playr.goto

Tools>Options>Performance, change the "full video acceleration" to "some video acceleration"

if not also try

> "performance">"Advanced" Tab>switch "Use Overlays" to "Use High Quality Mode".
