What is a xls file?. How can I open it?.

Thats a Microsoft Excel file. You would need MS Excel to open it. Or you can use freeware alternatives such as OpenOffice or download a free Excel viewer. Just google it.

To View Excel .xls files download free Excel Viewer 2003 from *www.microsoft.com/downloads/detail...f4-996c-4569-b547-75edbd03aaf0&displaylang=EN

But it runs only on 2000/XP
