X2 7750 BE or X3 8650 tricore

and do suggest a mobo too

X3 8650 is now a some wat oldie....get X3 720.

max i can spend is 4.5 k ..

ok then I guess X3 8650 @4.5k, or X2 7850 BE @3.8k are the only options.
