Windows service not running for help ans support centre

i couldnot open help and support tab

it says windows cannot open helpctr.exe

when i try have system info,it dosnot open it says windows cannot open help n support becuse windows system is not running
i typed from services.msc from run tab,the help and support tab doesnot exist
i have installed help and support registry also it coulnot help
Services
Coulndot Start the Help and Support Service on local Computer
Error 1083:The excecutable program thath this service is configured to run in doesnot implement the service,.
when ilook into msonfig,it shows that this service is stopped

I hope you are using Windows XP. Try these first

To resolve this problem:-
Start>Run>type in: %systemroot%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\HelpCtr.exe>Press Enter

Alternatively,
1.Open a CMD.EXE window.
2. Type the following command and press Enter.
REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\HELPCTR.EXE" /VE /T REG_SZ /D "C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe" /F

If the file is missing, then open %systemroot%\inf folder and locate the
PCHealth.inf file (might show as PCHealth in Windows Explorer). Right-click the
file and choose "Install". Insert the XP CD when prompted.

well,frends,it didnot help me with your suggestions,i have tried and fixed the helpsvc error,but i copied the PC health folders from my office pc to my pc to pchealth folder,it showed help and support centre but the search tab is in active it doesnot search the typeed items,

pls help me
