8s have 512MB RAM. I know it is just fine, but isn't it giving 1GB will be decent for this price.

Also what will be the difference between 620v8S?

i dont think there's a single windows phone with 1Gb RAM below 20k. there is lumia 820 but thats around 25k.

plus 8gb internal,upto 64gb ext on Nokia vs 4gb int.,upto 32gb ext. on htc with better cam quality on Nokia.

None as of now. If you want to have Windows Phone, do a deep dive and get a top tier phone as the lower tier ones with 512MB of RAM may not get all the applications and are more likely to die faster like current 7.5 phones. Get something like Lumia 820 atleast. If possible, wait for a price cut on 820 as it is a 20k~ phone (currently seriously overpriced)

+1 to desiibond, wait for a price cut on 820, for a 20k budget the 8S or the 620 isn't worth it, save up a bit, now when you find a deal like this or better: *www.ebay.in/itm/Nokia-Lumia-820-/190797642641?pt=IN_Mobile_Phones&hash=item2c6c6cfb91&_uhb=1 add a coupon(8%) and get it for 20-22k around.
