Rebooting
Get ur self a Proper AntiVirus like Kaspersky or NOD32... Make a full system scan for Virus, also Download *www.spybot.info, Spybot SnD to run a spyware scan on the system !!!

:)

U may also run a Free AVS scan from here, *www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

If posible then run a AutoUpdate of Windows, or Download and install AutoPatcherXP *autopatcher.com/autopatcherxp/

King of my own Castle
1)Temperature-Clean by blowing air over it.Check Fan speed.
2)PSU-Check stability
3)Harddisk Status-Run Chkdisk and defrag.
4)Virus Scan from other vendor.( Avast or Nod 32 with pref boot scan)
5)Drivers uninstall ...all---reinstall
= PC should be stable.
