Windows 8.1 student edition for new PC

Hi there,
I'm getting a new PC (parts and everything not from dell, hp etc) and Microsoft has an offer selling windows 8.1 Pro for students at only 3500 Rs.

Looks like student version to me. Should work on fresh install. Still, use the live chat option available on the link above before purchase.
