Try installing win 10 for testing purpose,if all drivers are found via MS updates then no issue else need to search win 10 drivers for some hardware components(my opinion though decent chance of working).

Your PC config in principle meets Windows 10 Requirements. Check here Windows 10 Specifications & System Requirements | Microsoft Generally native drivers in Windows 10 shall be good enough for most of the onboard audio, Ethernet, SATA, USB 2 & USB 3 controllers, so ideally you should have no issues. Windows 10 does support legacy boot, so your BIOS should not be an issue anyway.

Sometimes you may not get optimum display experience unless a more compatible driver is found. That’s what happened on my Gigabyte 880GM board!

However it looks like Asus has Windows 10 drivers for 4350 chipset of your graphics card. Please check the details online, so you should be good to go.

You can install Windows 10 alongside existing Windows 7 on a separate partition on the same HDD if you do not have a spare hard disk to try. This way you retain your Windows 7 as long as you want and can still try out Windows 10 in dual boot for a few days before activation.

If fully satisfied, you can wipe both and then do a clean install of Windows 10 and activate it.
