Will Tp-Link be banned in India?

I am using Tp-Link router as well as Tp-Link DECO M4 routers for accessing Networking.Will it be banned in India?
If so then what to be done?

Are Tp-Link products carrying high risk of malware,spyware,etc. dangerous aspects of functioning.
