hey guys, heard that phones would get cheaper in this month as the new budget would take effect from this month...so is it true or not? and if yes, how much is it gonna make the difference? I am thinking of buying a phone upto 15k and want to buy moto defy but i would wait if there is a chance of the price decrease. and also i have ordered a ZTE Blade from ebay uk for 11k...is it a fair deal? as it includes shipping too..
