Wifi hotspot in desktop not working

I have created a wifi hotspot on my PC to access it from my iphone 5c using OStoto software. The wifi is connecting properly from my iphone but can not access internet. My desktop is having internet via DHCP from a D-Link router.

Why not configure wifi on the router itself?

Wifi is configured in the router and can be accessible but the desktop is in a different room.

Nothing is clear about your issue.How is PC connected to router(wifi or lan)?Why iphone is trying to connect to PC instead of router wifi for net access?What exactly are you trying to achieve by creating hotspot on PC?
