Why this mSATA SSD 500gb is very cheap? ($60)

Hello,

I saw price of other SSD disk and in India price is around Rs.12000 for 500GB SSD.

On Alibaba I saw similar price but I don't have any idea about this product

Why price is $60?

(They use HDD word and SSD, I think this is not hybrid)

Any difference?

Because it is from unknown brand and nobody uses msata now.
