Hello all,

Why TE isn't opening for me but digit is and Reddit is?
All other websites are opening superbly only Tech Enclave isn't opening at all. They told me to clear my cookies and I did since yesterday evening.
Day before yesterday the mod said that I was banned for a month for rules violations and again unbanned me but it's sometimes opening slowly or not opening at all. What could be the reason?
Mods if this is offensive please delete it. Thanks.

I doesn't seem like mine *geek.digit.in/community/threads/some-websites-are-not-loading-and-some-do-isp-jio-fiber.212687/ but check out the things I tried. In my case it was something to do with ISP.

I am assuming by they you mean ISP, right?
Try different browser, private/incognito mode, using mobile data in your PC, try from mobile, see if the site is down, try VPN. Hopefully you can narrow down with one of these.

For me Telegram Web does not open on Airtel fiber. So, I use Green Tunnel to open it, it's basically an anti-DPI tool. If it opens with Green Tunnel, that means the ISP is blocking it.

Green Tunnel is not available from GitHub for Android. Power Tunnel for Android is available but there is no apk file in there. What to do?

Hmm not sure about Android, I was talking about testing on desktop. If you only want to test, you could connect to your phone hotspot from the desktop and then test connecting to TE before and after turning on GT.

From my experience, Power Tunnel does not work too well on phone so I avoid using it. So, not sure about a permanent fix for this on phone.

If you conclude that the ISP is blocking it, you could try contacting their customer support and ask them to unblock access perhaps, though I have never done so myself.
