Which one will be the best for GAMING

I want to buy a LED monitor for my CPU. I have three monitors in my mind. First one is Samsung S23B370H and second one is Dell S2340L and the third one is Dell S2440L. I think samsung monitor is with TN panel and S2340L is with IPS panel and S2440L is VA panel monitor. I want one from these three for my rig and also for gaming . My CPU configuration is :-

Processor Core i3 2120
Motherboard gigabyte GA B75M D3H
Ram 3 GB DDRIII KIngston
HDD 1TB seagate
Graphics card Nvidia GT640 2GB DDRIII


Please suggest me which LED will be good for gaming.

That GT640 will not play anything at 1080P other than CS, so that's gaming out of the way, get Dell S2340L.
